I do not accept returns unless on the off chance I made a mistake on your book that I did not catch before shipping out to you. If this ever happens, please reach out to me WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE so I can offer a solution to make things right. Solutions will be determined on an individual basis.
Shipping
All my packages are shipped with insurance. Once I drop off your package with the post office, its journey from that point forward is out of my hands. Sometimes they may take weird routes before arriving to you. There is also the possibility of your package arriving late at the fault of the postal service. If your package is over 3 business days late, and you’re starting to feel concerned, please reach out to me so I can keep a close eye on the situation & take action with the postal service as soon as necessary.
Cancellations.
Generally, you can cancel your order up to the time I start spraying your book. Once I start spraying, you can no longer cancel your order. Please message me asap if you find yourself needing to cancel the order. If I purchase a book for you that has a no return policy, the cancellation window is shortened from the time you purchase, to the time I purchase the book for you.
Book Imperfections
I pride myself in only sending out the highest quality of my sprayed edge work. I also only accept the best quality of books I am able to receive from the retailers I purchase them from. With that being said, I sometimes receive books with minor imperfections such as, wavy pages, dust jackets folded slightly off, weird binding that does not affect the readability or how the book sits on the shelf, VERY minor dents or scratches. I will typically send these books back and have them replaced, only to find the same imperfection on the replacement book. Leading me to believe the imperfection was produced in mass. So, although I strive for all the books to be in perfect condition, there may be slight imperfections.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are first come, first serve. Your custom order spot is not locked in until you pay. For example, if we discuss & agree to a custom order that needs to arrive by a specific date, I send you a link to purchase, your spot is not locked in until you make that purchase. If you wait to purchase, the spot may already be filled, or the agreed upon delivery date may no longer be feasible. I always try my best to fit everyone in & get them their orders by the date needed, but my commission slots fill up very quickly.
No custom designs are exclusvie to you, unless requested & paid for. If you request a commission & I come up with a design, I may use that design or elements of the design in other works I do. If you would like a “truly unique, only one that exists" design, I can do that for you with a fee.
IF YOU ARE SENDING ME YOUR BOOKS:
*Please only send books in good condition as it will affect the quality of the end product.
*The edges of the book need to be smooth & clean. No stains, deckled edges, or harsh ridges as this will cause the paint to bleed.
*Cost of shipping the books to me is the buyer's responsibility & is not included in this transaction. Please include tracking so we can keep track of your precious books. I recommend USPS Media Mail + insurance as an affordable way to ship books.
*Please package your books safe & secure to prevent damage during shipping. I promise to always do the same as well.
*Unfortunately yet very rarely, mistakes happen. By making this purchase & sending me your books, you understand that something may go awry during the spraying process & mistakes can happen on your precious books. If this happens, I will purchase a new book for you on my dime & spray the edges of the new book. If there is something special about your specific book, such as annotations, out of print, or a signed copy, unfortunately that is something I will not be able to replace. If in the very rare case this happens, I will send the book you sent, and the new book I purchased to you.
